How we’re supporting our customers through the coronavirus pandemic

We hope you’re well and staying safe! 

We wanted to update you as to how the COVID-19 outbreak has so far been affecting trading for us here at Milestone. 

Thankfully, our business model has allowed us to continue working with our trade and domestic customers during this difficult time (whilst of course adhering to the guidance provided by the UK government). 

We’re continuing to implement strict social distancing measures for the limited staff who need to remain onsite, and we have allowed other team members to work remotely wherever possible. Despite these adjustments, at the time of writing, we are still able to fulfil most orders.

We’re manning our phone lines during our normal working hours, and we’re responding to email enquiries as quickly as possible. 

Website orders

Customers can still order from our entire range via our website. We’re offering especially competitive prices on many of our lines right now – including our topsoil and bark products – so be sure to browse what’s on offer and snap up a bargain! All prices and delivery costs are clearly displayed at the checkout stage, and you can confirm your shipping preferences at this point in the process, too. 


Due to the current circumstances, a small number of customers have reported delays when receiving their orders. Please rest assured that, despite the challenges we’re facing, we’re doing everything in our power to make sure items are shipped out on time. We are currently still able to offer both courier and crane offload delivery services, depending on which option best meets your requirements.

Trade services

There has been minimal disruption to our trade services, including our contract bagging services. If you would like to discuss a recent order or the status of your account, please contact us as you normally would.
